Question: Ive recently been dealing with alot of anxiety and ive seeked therapy which seems to be helping, but recently I've started to have problems sleeping when im just about to fall asleep i feel like my entire bodys muscles are vibrating and i have to sit up and it goes away then when i try again it happens again and i keep trying till i pass out, its interrupting my sleep alot

Dear Friend. Thanks for the question. I went through the the details. I am yet to know what kind of therapy are you undergoing. For anxiety disorders various therapies are advised. We prefer cognitive behaviour therapy and deep relaxation meditation or breathing. sometimes we may combine therapies with medicines if the symptoms are too much to bear.

The present symptom of muscle vibration can be part of anxiety disorder, if no other organic reason is found.

1. Change your sleeping direction, it works.
2. Systemic muscle relaxation will certainly help.
3. Stop Alcohol and tobacco if any.
4. Do not worry too much about anxiety and its symptoms, because, the worry itself an trigger those symptoms again.
5. Do not hesitate to consult a psychiatrist and get medicines.
6. Exercise 45 minutes daily.
7. Meditate 15 minutes twice daily

Anxiety is completely curable.
