Question: I've been nauseous for over a week. When I wake up its worse. I have gerds and have been taking prilosec. I feel fine otherwise but if I bend over or get up I dry heave or throw up.

Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are typical of acid reflux or GERD(gastroesophageal reflux disease).
As of now you can take over the counter available antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole with antiemetic like domperidone (pantop-D is a popular brand) for symptomatic relief. You have to restrict the use of spicy foods. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet.
If symptoms persists I suggest you to get an endoscopy done for further assessment.
