Detailed Answer:

Hello!

As per me the color of your stool is normal as well as consistency is normal and looked like a well formed stool(not perfect but its good).

Besan is rich in protein and usually a protein rich diet would impart brownish tinge to your stools. However pure besan is rarely available and many times its contaminated using colors hence you may notice mild variation in color.

Color of poop is rarely significant (unless its white or tar black) otherwise mild to moderate variation would always be there with food.

As per me its normal. I don't think you need to worry at all.

Hope I have answered your question. Please feel free to follow up.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

That yellow is very different from the color of your poop.

See color of stool is given by stercobilinogen (pigment formed as a result of breakdown of bile).

In some condition like hepatitis or gallbladder problem this bile is not released into gut hence stools would be yellow but that yellow is complete yellow (just XXXXXX yellow feces photos and you can see what I mean).

Secondly that yellow pigment is water soluble and you could see that yellow in pan as well.

Hello again!

For me its normal. Only one piece is yellow other then that all are brown in color and does not make any significance.

I won't say that its greasy yet a bit of moisture is there. You can take Isapghula husk for more formed stools. They absorbs moisture content from stool and add bulk.

I can't see that water in pot is yellow (this means that its not soluble).

What was the grade of fatty liver?

Please reply.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Have seen all reports as told earlier you can also notice the vibrant yellow pigments dissolved in water in photo attached by you(taken from net).

Grade 2 fatty liver is something not good at a age of just 31.
You should change your life style and food habits.

Has doctor suggested you any medication for grade 2 fatty liver?

Please attach a photo of diet and medications you follow for a better suggestion.

Awaiting your response.

Brief Answer:

Your stool is perfectly normal as per me. However you can go for a stool test for bile and biliary pigments for your mental satisfaction.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Start taking Milk of thistle its good for your liver. Avoid taking too much fats in food.

Some food plans are:

1. Whole grains are very beneficial to consume. These can be in the form of cereal, brown rice, whole grain pasta, grains.

2. Fruits and vegetables should be a significant part of any diet to help in recovering from a liver disease. They are full of essential nutrients and are easy to digest. Keep fats low.

However olive oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil are all healthy fats that are recommended as part of a diet for patients with grade 2 fatty liver.

3. Healthy proteins in the form of low-fat milk and dairy products along with lean meats, beans, eggs and soy products can also be a part of a healthy liver diet.

Hope I have answered your question.
