Yet, it seems like the generic meds in US are more effective that these other meds. Any idea on why that might be the case? I can take one ambient, but get little to o reaction from the other two. Can fillers cause a different reaction?

Fillers, impurities and particle size and pharmacodynamics.

Fillers can make a difference and also the particle size of the active molecule itself.
There is a difference between the original and also generics made with GMP certification and the others. We see this in practice but because these are much cheaper, we allow our cost conscious patients use them with the caution that efficacy may vary.
