Brief Answer:
Caesarean section preferred

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Mode of delivery depends upon the weight of the baby, size of the birth canal, obstetric condition etc.
If the abdominal circumference is larger than head circumference, then it is better to go for caesarean section.
In normal delivery, there are chances of non progress of labor, fetal distress or shoulder dystocia, which can pose serious risk to the baby.
Other factors should be taken into consideration to decide for the mode of the delivery.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks doctor for answering my query within no time.

If you would be able to let me know what all care needs to be taken due to CSection and for how long she needs to be careful? When she would be able to travel? that would be a great help.

Brief Answer:
6 weeks

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

She needs to take rest at least 6 weeks after the caesarean section.
Travelling long distances by air or train is preferable after 4-6 weeks of the caesarean section.
She should avoid straining, lifting heavy objects, and take a good high protein diet after caesarean.
All the best to both of you.
