Is There A Permanent Cure For Continuous Severe Nasal Congestion For Months While Getting Treated For COPD?

Question: I have had continuous severe nasal congestion for months. I am on oxygen for COPD but I am forced to take 8-10 mucinex a day just to breath enough to walk. It's not my COPD that's the problem. It's my nasal and sinus passages. I've been to several doctors and no one can help.
