Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.

Thanks for consulting Healhcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and gone through the picture you have attached as fas as I have observed there is recession of gingiva (gum) in upper and lower front teeth . See what happened is when there is deposition of food beris or hard calculus in subgingival region of gums then there is recession of gums and exposure of root .
Dont be worried so much Jovana it is not necessary to go for extraction unless there is severe horizontal and vertical bone loss and tooth mobility. For this I will suggest you to consult good Periodontist for clinical examination and treatment . Gingival recession can be treated with Curettage , periodontal flap surgery procedures . As you are asking for oxygen therapy yes you can go for treatment with ozone therapy also by discussing with your treating dentist.
Inmeantime Do warm saline rinses , take vitamin c supplements by consulting with local doctor . On gums you can apply gum paints like stolin gum paint . Use soft bristle toothbrush . Avoid vigrous horizontal brushing technique. Use chlorhexidine containing mouthwash regularly .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
