Brief Answer:
You can have pinched nerve on your head

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand your concerns.

You can have pinched nerve on your head
It may not be visible on CAT Scans if the nerve is pinched by soft tissues
Any nerve can be "pinched" and you have conditions like Supra Orbital Neuralgia, Supra Trochlear Neuralgia, Occipital Neuralgia etc

They can be treated Surgically
