Risk is low but it is still present as there can be sperm in pre-ejaculation though very low numbers

A month and a half ago, my girlfriend and I experienced a broken condom. I didnt ejaculate and pulled out instantly. She got her period after a few weeks. That was on March 12th. On March 27th we had another condom break on us and she did not take the pill. I had ejaculated earlier using another condom before that one. I cleaned myself off, did not urinate, but switched condoms and then thats when it ripped. Im afraid we dont know when she was ovulating due to the plan b making her 2nd cycle irregular and that the pre ejaculation couldve made her pregnant. What are the chances? Her period was due on April 4th which was 3 days ago, but we also know that plan b can delay or mess up to 3 cycles. Shes been having her regular pms symptoms for a few days now. (Sore Breasts, cramping that comes off and on, increased hunger). Could she be pregnant? Or is is the pill delaying menstruation?

Brief Answer:
Best thing is do a pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
At this point there is a chance for pregnancy because of the ruptured condom. I would recommend that she take a home pregnancy test, These tests are very sensitive and can detect pregnancy in the first week after missed cycle. This would be the best and only way to be confident about pregnancy.

What are the chances of getting her pregnant without actually ejaculating? Could all those hormones from taking plan b a month and a half ago just be making her irregular therfore making this period late? We knew she wasnt pregnant after taking pill because she got her period 2 weeks after. Then this happened and we dont know if its just the pill making her irregular

Brief Answer:
Morning after pill will cause menstrual irregularities

Detailed Answer:
The chances of the pills messing with her cycles are high and could be the cause of the late onset of her current cycle. But despite you wiping off after ejaculation there still will be some sperm on your penis and may inadvertently been deposited after the ruptured condom. The risk here is very low but it is not zero. More than likely the cycle change is from the pill but I would want to be sure and do a pregnancy test to confirm that assumption
