    Is morning after pill effective in preventing pregnancy?

Question: Hi. I had intercourse with my partner yesterday morning, He finished inside and a few hours after we brought the morning after pill. today I have started antibiotics. Am I able to get pregnant?

The morning after pill is more than 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. So it should protect you against pregnancy.
In case you do not get your periods as scheduled, then get a pregnancy test done ( as there is a very small possibility of method failure).
