Question: I am 29 yrs male . Having ED problem . I have cosulted doctor online and he suggested tentax forte2 and confido . Please advice if it is ok to take the said medication

Please suggest diet and exercise which can help to overcome this situation. And aslo pls suggest for how many days I should take these medications.

1. Take cold water showers daily
2. Avoid keeping hot objects like laptops on your lap
3. Avoid mint
4. Wear boxer type of underwear
5. Any cardiovascular exercises like jogging, cycling, swimming etc
6. Avoid food rich in fat like fried food, butter, cheese, etc
