i dont exactly know how far i am....i have not made a dr appointment yet....still kinda cant believe all this. i really dont know what to do

then... there isn't a withdrawal syndrome like with narcotics... I don't think that continuing methamphetamine can ever be a good idea in pregnancy. Stopping will cause a withdrawal. Counseling, 12 step programs, and a variety of motivational tools used in drug counseling are somewhat helpful. Frankly, pregnancy as a motivator to quit is much more effective than the counseling but both would be advised and both work well together.
