Brief Answer:
cialis is safe to use but some drug interactions possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.

Cialis(prescription drug) is usually safe drug to use.
But it may have some potential drug interactions, especially in cardiac patients.

Do you take any medications or have any other medical problems like a cardiac disease, hypertension, diabetes?
The use has to be cautious in such cases.

Also, it is usually to be taken on SOS basis, two hours before intercourse.

Beware of some common side effects like headache and runny nose which resolve on its own in few days.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
