Brief Answer:
Yes! You can go in physical relationship.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion you should go in physical relationship during pregnancy.
I do not understand why your doctor say no to it?
Usually second trimester is the safest time of your pregnancy.
If medically everything is fine then you can go in physical relationship with some precuation.
Always use condom and use proper position to avoid any harm to your baby.
I think I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.

Thank you so much Dr. just i question I have that is Is it necessary to use condom while having sex? Because we have been getting into physical relationship even after her pregnancy once or twice in a week but have never used condom before & as per the recent anomaly scan the baby is in good condition. Is it still necessary to use condom now??

Hi,
Nice to see you again.
Yes! it is very important to use condom every time when you had sex during pregnancy.
Condom protect your baby from infection.
You are lucky enough that your baby is not affected yet but please make a practice that always use condom before sex.
I hope you will take precuation in future.
Ask me further questions if you want.
Good luck.
