Question: Is it possible I have aids?

See i masterbate in stuff like my bed, pants and underwear. And my twin I think does the same thing? Is it possilbe to contract aids though that?

I also touch my poo sometimes and scratch my butt is it possible to infect others like that? I normally only just scratch but if I touch poo I always wash after.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

If your genitals come in contact with HIV contaminated seminal fluid of another person ( sheets with contaminated semen touching your genitals) of course to you can get infected.
Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and HIV-infected seminal fluid can result in transmission of HIV to the healthy person.
HIV can't get transmitted with fecal oral rout. So scratching anus can't transmitt HIV.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

"If your genitals come in contact with HIV contaminated seminal fluid of another person ( sheets with contaminated semen touching your genitals) of course to you can get infected."

Does this mean I'm not, you worded it weird?

I mean is it possible to get HIV though this, not that we already have it?

Brief Answer:
Unlikely for HIV to spread through contaminated sheets

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

This means that if seminal fluid is contaminated you can get infected, it is possible to get HIV through this. If fluid is not contaminated there is no risk of getting infected with HIV.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

How can you get infect if your genital just touch, especially if dried already?

Like you said above:

"Contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes"

None of this described a man nuts.

Brief Answer:
Mucosal linning contact.

Detailed Answer:
OK genitals have mucosal linning. The contact between mucosal linning and contaminated fluids ( even dried) can transmitt HIV.

So just to sum up, from what I described up above in the first question, it's hard for our fluid to get contained with each other thought this?

I'm sure were aren't HIV postive before this, what I really want to know is though the semen making contact though these measure over years can it be the case?

I should mention we are identical twins.

Brief Answer:
See detailed answers below.

Detailed Answer:
OK, to sum up from what you describe you can get contaminated through this and for more if it happens for years.
Being identical twins doesn't affect situation.
If none of you has HIV you can't get infected but if someone get infected from a relationship it is more likely that the other gets contaminated through this.

Hope I have cleared your concerns.
Best regards.

Even if you masterbate their multiple times? Like the sheet would take maybe a week or 2 to a month to get washed. Like this is a everyday thing?

But I'm reading HIV can't survive if the semen is dried?

What is it?

Though now I read someone can get infected by sharing sex toys, though I assume that's when you are infected.
