Brief Answer:
Long term clonazepam is not recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You can take tramadol for pain relief. It will provide good pain relief and side effects are minimal even after long term use.

Clonazepam can help you to get adequate sleep in the night, but long term use is not recommended due to dependence.

You can consider drugs like Gabapentin which is better for neuropathic pain as in your case (please discuss this with your doctor).
In severe cases, steroid injections may provide long-lasting pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
