Brief Answer:
Talk to your doctor...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes, it is not normal to loose sensation and since it is localized only on the right side it might be a concerning problem. As I understand it started a week ago. Could you provide some more information that can help me understand the problem better:
1. Do you also feel limb weakness along with the sensory complaints? Are you able to walk normally / are you able to pick up a comb, pen using your right hand?
2. Are you on any regular medications especially since the XXXXXXX stroke?
3. Do you have history of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or any other illness in the past?
4. Do you smoke / drink alcohol? (pardon me if I offended you)
5. What type of diet do you eat - does it contain meat and other non vegetarian food?

Awaiting your reply...

Regards
