Brief Answer:
Not have cancer

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your platelet count is OK.

You do not have cancer

Sometimes platelets aggregate to form giant platelets which may cause platelet to be little low

Since you are not having any history of weight loss there is nothing to worry
