Question: sir, my age is 25 Now! my hight is 163 c.m .

so, how can I develop my hight.

Human height depends on many factors like environmental conditions, physical activities, nutrition and great extent by genetic and non-genetic conditions.
When an individual’s height is consider, it is found that height increase stop after a particular age i.e. height increase up to the age of 18 years in woman and 24 years in men.
After 24 an effective way is surgical limb increase.
You have to discuss with an endocrinologist about it.
