Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is not dangerous but if it is bleeding then take tablet tranexemic acid 500 mg three times a day till bleeding stops and take a cotton ball soaked in boiled water and then squeezed and apply that firmly on the affected area yourself for 5-7 minutes as much as possible.
Do this 3-4 times till tomorrow morning and in case bleeding still persists then visit an emergency room for examination as it may require a stitch application.
Take care
Regards
Dr Manisha
