I had kidney stone removed through ursl+dj stent.before the procedure they had all the blood tests done along with ecg everything was fine no diabetes .cholesterol levels were great considering my weight.bp was little fluctuating because of tension then it went back to normal problem with chest pain started when stent was removed two weeks after the procedure.kidney doc told me to consult cardio for chest pain that's when first echo was taken.which I have attached showed mild ph.with same doctor after 3 months echo report showed diastolic dysfunction with no tr/ph.i dont have that report other two which i have taken after the diastolic report is attached.when I visited doctors regularly my diastolic bp was little higher side 90-100 they prescribed me nebicard 2.5mg have put on even more weight now. cholesterol levels increased for which iam using rozat 5mg then cholesterol levels came down.i had renal Doppler scan in case kidney is causing issue everything was fine

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
No reports of yours are worrisome to me. You are a young individual and all these changes are because of low physical activity levels and over weight.

Furthermore if you keep taking stress and be anxious then again your blood pressure will remain high. You just need to have a change in your lifestyle as these lifestyle modifications will surely benefit you in lowering cholesterol as well as lowering your blood pressure which will ultimately help bringing you off from medications.

1. Start 45 mins of daily morning walk for at least 5 days a week.
2. Include good amount of fresh fruits Nd vegetables in your daily diet
3. Consume less salt and sugar
4. Avoid junk and caffeinated drinks
5. Sleep on time and drink lots of water.

I hope this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards

Hello again

Detailed Answer:
If you experience symptoms like chest pain which gets relieved with meds then I would like to suggest you to get a stress test like TMT done to make sure there is no underlying coronary artery disease.

Regarding turbinates you have to take opinion from an ENT surgeon.

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
If TMT was negative then considering your age group the possibility of having a coronary artery disease is almost negligible.

You just need to stop worrying about it and relax.
