Brief Answer:
should wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal
I have understood your query

And I think you should wait

For 2 reasons
1. The pain that is inflicted- an abnormal pain is known to have caused abortions.
2. Infections is a strong possibility. So it will expose the fetus again to infection.

I therefore recommend that the tatoo should wait.

I hope that the information helps you
