Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query..
I am Dr.Barani.

Many patients who tested positive for Coronavirus had gastrointestinal symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea etc.
Having said that not all patients with GI symptoms should be suspected to have Coronavirus infection. Most often it is due to other bugs. Just taking care of hydration will do.
You should isolate yourself for 2 weeks if you develop fever, cough, sore throat especially if you have contact with positive cases or history of travel to countries with coronavirus epidemic.
You need to report to the hospital if you develop breathing issues in addition to the above mentioned symptoms.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
