Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would like to know more about your chest pain:

- Is it triggered by deep breathing or body movements?
- Is it triggered by physical activity or persists during resting?
- What are your actual blood pressure and heart rate values?

Considering your age, and the fact that the pain is persisting, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes. Cardiac angina can not be excluded.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
