Brief Answer:
Possibly due to difference in measurement techniques.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for asking your query.

Before answering your question I need to know the context and how and why the core body temperature has been measured. It is more likely that the mentioned temperatures are due to differences in measurement techniques and that the core temperature is actually normal.

I would await your inputs.
