Brief Answer:
Mild disc prolapse is present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached X-ray report.
1) Prognosis- depends on the degree of scoliosis, your disability, extent of pain, regularity of treatment, regularity of physiotherapy and extent of nerve involvement. To detect this, physical examination, neurologist examination and MRI scan is needed. Usually the mild disc prolapse can improve with rest, medicines and physiotherapy.
2) Treatment- The treatment is done according to the severity of symptoms. Medicines are the first line treatment along with physiotherapy. If the patient responds well with medicines then physiotherapy helps in preventing further progression of the problem. Surgery is kept as a last resort to improve the quality of life of the patient.
3) Condition is not completely curable as it is an age related degenerative change and will progress further with increasing age and bad posture.
4) Hospitalization is needed if surgery is considered as mode of treatment.
5). Repeat surgery may be needed as the spinal disc degeneration is an age related progressive change.
I hope this answers your query.
