Question: Hai my husband diagoinses ms with 2.33 mm anechoic cyst in head of right epididymis is that is cancerous?

This is not cancerous

Detailed Answer:
I have studied your case and I can assure you that this is not cancerous. It is just a cyst and it will be treated with surgery if it is causing pain. In case there is no pain then you can just avoid it. Some time even aspiration by needle can cure this cyst.
