Brief Answer:
Depends whether the procedure is invasive or not

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Yes, age is a factor if the procedure is invasive/ extensive and requires general anesthesia. Cardiac, respiratory and metabolic fitness for anesthesia must be ensured.

If the procedure is minimally invasive that can be done via intraluminal removal of stone then spinal anesthesia may be required and age may not play as big a role except for initial discomfort related to bladder and bowel control.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
