An endometrial thickness of 5.5mm on day 18 is less than normal. This can cause a delay in next periods or a very less bleeding during the periods.
In case of unmarried females this is not worrisome as this is hormone related and can vary from cycle to cycle. In case you are trying to conceive then further hormonal tests and other evaluation is needed to help you conceive.
