Is Tendocare Safe To Take Along With Olmezest?
Question: Hi
recently my BP got shoot-up & doctor have advised the medicine VIZ- Olmezest 40 Mg in the evening & Cilacar-10 Mg in the morning.
Beside i have doing the regular running & also participated in MARATHON of 10 & 21 K many a time in the recent past.
Since I'm doing the regualr running, sometime after doing 10-15K of running i have experienced stiffness & pain in the KNEE.
After the consultation from orthopedic doctor he has Adv- Tendocare,CCM, D-sol .
Now Can I take both the medicine together or is there any side effect of medicine…. Pls advice!

its absolutely safe to take both the medicines together as they usually dont have any adverse drug interactions inside the body.
Only side effect that can occur is gastritis because of taking so many medicines together. So you should take antacids before taking these tablets.
instead of taking tablets together,keep a gap of atleast 2 hours between different tablets so that its safe and the drug absorption and effect is better.
take all medicines with a glass of milk.
