Question: Thanks Dr. for your follow-up. I am still having some issues with feet and ankles ,but has subsided some and isn't as intense. I stopped all added vitamins ,such as MSM,Tumeric,cinnamon,vitamin c,and d3. I was taking it all at once, So I thought well maybe I was overloading my system too drastically.Also flax seed oil. But I've added back into the equation MSM. I have an appointment this Friday with my cardiologist. I'll ask for electrolytes to be checked. Can you think of anything else? I called my primary physician when I spoke with you a nd asked if I could come in for a elect. check but they didn't return my call. So I'm glad I didn't die .LOL I'm tired of being older. But I'm loving life so don't think I'm depressed. I'm not.

Thanks for your feedback query.
Nice to know the positive attitude and 74 is not that older although age related problems start to creep in slowly as the age advances hence there is a different section called Geriatric Medicine at some places.
MSM is not very well researched product although many patients might be getting the benefits.
In spite of taking so many vitamins take a single capsule of multivitamins available as anti-oxidant and acts as a daily supplements of vitamins, mineral and trace elements in daily recommended combination for which you will have to consult your Pharmacist at Pharmacy.
Let us see what a Cardiologist sees and recommends.
Please let me know his opinion and reports of any investigations suggested.
