Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Levothyroxine dose is likely to be affected by eating soy or almonds around the same time as the medication.

One must take levothyroxine with water 30 to 60 minutes before any meal/beverage.

This is important for optimal absorption of levothyroxine into the bloodstream.

Consuming soy/almonds/any food will reduce the absorption of levothyroxine and therefore a dose adjustment will likely be needed to account for the decreased absorption in the blood.

Recent guidelines by thyroid experts have also given the option of taking levothyroxine 4 hours after the last meal at bedtime.

I asked this question because i drink almond milk with cereal in the morning What about coconut milk? It doesn't have soy but is the coconut a problem. Soy is in alot of things as i read labels Is there enough in coffee creamer to avoid this as well? I appreciate your time.

Yes in do take the medicine with water and wait 1 hour. Then when I do eat breakfast can I have coconut milk? Is there an interaction with coconut as there is with almonds? Also is there too much soy or too little in flavored coffee creamer to worry about an interaction ?

Brief Answer:
Second follow up

Detailed Answer:
After 60 minutes, it should not matter what you eat. The content of food becomes irrelevant after 60 minutes, even if it is calcium, iron or any other item known to affect levothyroxine absorption. So coconut, soy and any other food item should be all right.
