Here are a few possible explanations for your symptoms:

1. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): UTIs can cause symptoms such as a burning sensation during urination and discomfort in the lower abdomen. It's possible that the pin-like pain you're experiencing could be related to a UTI.
So get Routine Urine test done.

2. Vaginal Infection: Infections such as yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis can cause discomfort, itching, and a sensation of something being inside the vagina. These infections may also cause burning during urination.

3. Vaginal Dryness or Irritation: Insufficient lubrication or irritation in the vaginal area can lead to discomfort and a sensation of pain. This can be caused by factors such as hormonal changes, certain soaps or products, or allergic reactions.

4. Bartholin's Cyst or Abscess: The Bartholin's glands, located near the vaginal opening, can sometimes develop cysts or abscesses. These can cause pain, swelling, and discomfort in the vaginal area.

One more thing, are you sexually active?
