Question: I'm a 26 years old male. I started feeling a drop of urine coming out during the day about 4 days ago. its worse after urinating. I have no other complains. the stream of urine is fine, no change in urine colour, the amount of urine leaking is too little to the level that it does not leave stain on my underwear. the leak is not related to excersing or coughing and I'm not constipated. I have no fever or abdominal pain and I feel some little burning while urinating sometimes. it leaves me uncomfortable throughout the day and sometimes i stay in toilet for a long time trying to get rid of every drop of urine and its not helping. there is no urgency or nocturia. I'm not taking any medications and I'm not diabetic. No family history of any urological disease except my brother had urethral stricture
