Brief Answer:
Need monitoring...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Under the current circumstances, it is important to follow guidelines when you have symptoms of cough and or fever
A dry cough could be related to an infection; probably a common flu. But it is prudent to keep yourself isolated away from others especially if you had travelled out of the country or had an exposure to some one who travelled. Maintain personal hygiene and cover your mouth and nose while coughing.

If you have not be exposed to any infected person, I would consider monitoring and observation. Usually common flu resolve spontaneously. You can take cough lozenges like tab tusQ. Benadryl syrup taken 5ml thrice daily might ease the symptom. If symptoms persist or worsens, you should visit a doctor for further evaluation.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
