I Was Recently In A Bangkok Bar, The Girl Put

Question: I was recently in a Bangkok bar, the girl put her hands up my pants and played around with my genitals for a while. I noticed she had a splotch of blood underneath her thumbnail. I checked very carefully that it was not leaking losing dripping or in anyway exposed above the nail. Also found no blood marks on any of my underwear, so one would think this is a no risk case. Still I worry and would like your opinion. Doctors hands field and Hook say masturbation even with cuts is not a I route for HIV infection. They have answer the question so many times I think they’re tired of responding to the same question, so I’m asking if you support that. How much blood really should wanna see you before one should be concerned about a wound from one’s partner being a risk?

Just curious, at what point can we know a wound has passed the point of safety. I’ve read countless times from very respected US doctors that “no one has ever gotten HIV from hand to genital contact”, regardless of nicks cuts scratches on one of the persons’ hand. What they then say is that a superficial would, even with a little blood, would not enable infection. But how can any blood be negligible? How can one distinguish a “safe” level of blood from a dangerous level. If, for example, a girl pricked her finger on a needle, there would be a small but fresh blot of blood. If the small wound made contact with the urethra, wouldn’t this be about the same as a needle shared? And yet the HIV specialists insist no risk from hand-to-genital contact regardless of wound or skin condition. I am very unsure how to understand the biology process of this. Could you elaborate please.
