Brief Answer:
There are many causes of Hepatomegaly

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Liver can be enlarged due to many conditions like Malaria, Typhoid, Tuberculosis,Cancer etc.
You had Fatty liver in previous scan. Now,it is normal. In some individuals, even though fatty liver is cured, liver size doesn't come to normal. It is Physiological.Nothing to worry.
We should be concerned when there is lesion in the liver or the echotecture is altered. As these are absent, you should not bother.
Maintain healthy food habits.
Avoid oily foods.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify.
Wish you good health
