Brief Answer:
Thanks for using HCM.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Michiel,

The scab seen in the two photos doesn't appear like a classical
STD lesion. ( sexually transmitted disease )
However, your suspicion is a possibility.
You'll need to carry out certain tests to rule out STD.

Kindly mention if you've had sex with the same partner or
with multiple partners.
Also, if you had oral sex with your partner and if she's not
being treated for any STD.

You must mention if you have any itching over the scab.
Is the scab showing a little raised or red patch in the surrounding area? ( not clear in attachment )
Have you been using a condom always or have had any
unprotected sex?

The tests to be done are:
1. VDRL
2. HbsAg
3. HIV
4. CBC
5. FBS
6. serum creatinine.
7. LFT.

Once your reply is read, I can advise you about proper treatment.
Till then, you're advised to avoid using any chemically treated condoms.

Wishing you well.

Hi,

No itching, doesn't appear raised or red. Always used a condom, but oral with multiple partners without a condom.

If not an STD, what could it be?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

To give an expert opinion on what the scab could be,
I'll need to see the reports of the tests advised.

STD is a very real possibility that needs to be excluded first,
keeping in mind that you had oral sex with multiple partners.
