Duration of sex has nothing to do with getting an infection.
If that massage girl has HIV infection... Then there is a risk of a HIV transmission.
As long as we didn't know the status of that girl, we should grade this exposure as a potential risky one.
It is better to rule out Syphilis, HIV,HBV and HCV with appropriate tests with the guidance of a physician before resuming your sexual activities.
You may need more tests, if there is any other symptom.
