Question: I take 400 mgs epilim as a mood stabilizer at night and 200 mgs in the morning
I am not sure if I took 2 tonight or only one .
What do you advise me to do plesde

I think you misunderstood me.
If I only took one epilim at night should I just take my usual one in the morning?
