Brief Answer:
Yes, you can take.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, you can safely take tablet containing calcium, magnesium and zinc with tablet metformin and tablet zoloft.

As per many scientific studies, there is no any interaction seen in between these medications.

I would suggest you to take tablet calcium with meals as in an empty stomach, it may cause heartburn. Along with that kindly do regular blood sugar monitoring and continue medications as adviced by consulting physician.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
