I Started Having Pain In Rectal Area And I Saw
Question: I started having pain in rectal area and I saw that I had hemorrhoid and lots of pain which goes around and up between the thighs.
I was traveling today and had some bumps in the road. I travelled in the car for 3 hours, I was not driving though.
I was traveling with someone unknown for the first time. After eating something I started feeling dizzy in the car and than I fell asleep for about 1 hour and 15 mins and then I woke up.
Why do I have pain in my anal area?
can I have been drugged and then intercourse in anal, while I was asleep for about 1 hour and 15 mins?
Or
Is it because I travelled and had little bumpy roads that caused the pain and hemorrhoid?

Sitting for prolonged hours and bumpy ride are definitely known to worsen hemorrhoids and thus causing more pain. However if you feel you been drugged by unknown individual, then possibilities of rape cannot be ruled out.
