Question: I remember biting the inside of my cheek. It could have been a week or two ago. Today I felt something in about the same spot so I took a look. i found a redish bump with a little white head. Is this something to worry about and what should i do to get rid of it.

Thanks for the query.
It is quite common after mucosal injury in the oral cavity. The wound might get infected and the necrotic material and debris gives this look.
As of now you can apply over the counter available metronidazole mouth paste over the lesion twice or thrice daily. after rinsing with a mouth wash. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet or take one multivitamin pill every day. Vitamins improve the general health of oral mucosa.
Nothing much to worry and the lesion will settle in three to four days.
