I Recently Found Out My Partner Had Gonnoreha And Chlymidia

Question: I recently found out my partner had gonnoreha and chlymidia as I found a script and confronted him. We had been having unprotected sex the whole time even after he got his diagnoses ( he hid it from me) the date on his script confirmed this. Anyway he is now my ex partner but I got tested straight away for both and amazingly didn’t have ether. Could this be pure luck or could it be due to the fact I was on antibiotics for a uti at the time. Keflex 500! I’m just curious as to how I did not catch it. Don’t get me wrong I’m super happy just confused as I though I would 100 percent have it.
