Thanks for attaching the reports.

I have gone through the report attached and found only one derangement.
The MCH mean corpuscular hemoglobin is low. This means that the hemoglobin content in the red blood cells is n the lower side. This can occur due to low iron levels in the blood. The deficiency may not be serous as over hemoglobin in your body is fine.

You may have to get further testing to rule out the same by getting iron profile test done.
