Question: I just started taking 20mg Xarelto once a day. I have been taking 3mg melatonin every night for a couple of years. I have read that there may be an interaction. Should I be concerned?

I stopped taking melatonin, and slept the first night. However, I think I had extra melatonin in my body because the second night was sleepless. What type of herbal sleep solutions could I take that would be safe with Xalrelto, Propafenone, and Diltiazem?
