I Have Very Bad Pain In My Back Both Hip

Question: I have very bad pain in my back both hip side and center of back, also want to say u that some time pain goes to both leg from hip side slowly slowly.
I have sitting problem without chair for long time.
its happened some time pain goes to leg from back, but most of time i have pain in my back side and both hip bon. some time i did not sleep well.

I will help you definitely.

As you are saying that you have pain in back, both hip joints, legs, I need some of your investigations like, MRI lumbosacral spine, xrays pelvis with both hips AP view.

Without any investigation it will be difficult for me to locate exact cause of your pain.

After seeing the reports I will advise you definitive treatment ( as I want to know which level of your disc or nerve is involved or affected).

Till then you can take.

Tab aceclofenac +serratiopeptidase thrice a day.

Cap pantoprazole empty stomach.

I have gone through your report.
You need not to worry.
You just need to take care of yourself.
Avoid weight lifting of any kind for about a month.
Do back strengthening exercises as uploaded on YouTube, or you can visit some physiotherapy centre nearby you.
Have lumbosacral belt in morning or during prolong sitting.

In addition to above.
Have medicine as below.

...Cap pantoprazole empty stomach
Tab aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside 4 mg twice a day.
.....cap pregabaline+ methylcobalamine at night 8pm.
......local painkiller ointment.
