Question: I have to go back for a second mammogram/ultrasound (had my very first mammogram and a breast ultrasound last Wednesday) tomorrow because they found scattered fibroglandular densities in my right breast. I also apparently have dense breasts. Should I be concerned? I'm freaking out!

Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Considering your age and this ultrasound description there is no need to be concerned since this is probably indicating benign fibrocystic changes and some malignant issues would manifest with some different features such as calcifications or irregular firm, fixed lesions. So it is probably just a preventional repeated imaging to rule out the need for biopsy. Wish you good health. Regards

Does it matter that I’ve had an inverted nipple on my right breast for as long as I can remember/my doctor has known about it for years now. It has the ability to come out when manipulated and sometimes on its own.

Brief Answer:
Probably doesn't matter

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Well, nipple changes may be sign of some breast lesions, but if this was present for years then I don't think that it may be sign of tumor. Inverted nipple is common and usually just normal variation. So you should not be worried about it if ultrasound is fine. Wish you good health
