Question: I have this tiny spot on my thumb. I noticed it on Saturday. I was just at my Dermatoligist office on Friday, and the spot was mot there. Picture attached. I hope it is nothing tobe overly concerned about?

can it just itjust appear like that not there one day and then there the next? Could itturn cancerous? Should it be removed?

Yes it can appear in anyone at any time and place.
It is not very common for a mole to turn cancerous.
You can leave it as such.
If you notice that it’s growing suddenly, changing colour, associated with itching, oozing or any other symptoms then you can get it removed.
