Question: I have these sores on my arms and on my face around my eyes. I have had them for a few days.
The ones by my eyes are a little itchy. I have a few on my fingers. They hurt. The only thing different is that I started taking Prozac about a week ago.

Brief Answer:
Either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or erythema multiforme

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems to be either an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or erythema multiforme which is an allergic reaction to a drug( probably prozac).
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve them.
If it doesn’t improve in a week’s time consult your doctor and change your prozac tablet.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
